Account deletion
Delete your ChitMate account or request a data export.
You can initiate account deletion in the ChitMate app when account features are available. This page provides a discoverable web path for deletion and export support.
Before you request deletion
Account deletion may remove profile information, account settings, circle membership data, and app activity associated with your account, subject to legal or security retention requirements.
ChitMate does not currently hold or transfer money. Deleting your account does not resolve obligations, records, or disputes handled outside the app by your savings circle.
To export your data before deletion, choose "Data export" in the request category or email support@thechitmate.com.
